Between May 24th and June 7th 2013, Scottsdale Bullion and Coin is donating 5% of its profits to the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma to help support tornado relief efforts in that area. Moore, OK, a suburb of Oklahoma City was struck by a massive tornado on May 20th, 2013.
The SBC relief assistance offer comes at a very interesting time for investors, who can position themselves to take advantage of a market correction simply by investing at this time. “Scottsdale Bullion and Coin is committed to providing the best possible investment options for our customers,” says founding member & Sr. Advisor Eric Sepanek. “We also want to give a hand up to communities like Moore and Oklahoma City, where so many people have been affected by this storm in such a short period of time.”
Area relief agencies are being overwhelmed by requests to support victims’ basic needs, including requests for food, water and shelter. The Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma has asked specifically for monetary donations to help them meet the needs of displaced residents.
“The Scottsdale Bullion and Coin donations to relief efforts in Oklahoma City come from SBC’s profits during this period. Investors can help us broaden the impact of our efforts simply by making investments with us,” says Sepanek. Natural disasters and market corrections both happen when they happen. By taking advantage of opportune investments, we can all contribute to the relief and rebuilding efforts in and around Oklahoma City.
